Member Guidelines
A shared space built on trust, respect, and great experiences.
Guests
- Members may bring up to 3 guests without notice
- Groups of 5+ require approval at least 1 hour in advance
- All guests must be signed in on the lobby tablet upon arrival — no exceptions
- Members are responsible for their guests and their conduct
Tidying Up
- Dispose of trash
- Return the tablet to its charging station
- Return glassware, plates, serving dishes, etc. to the kitchen
- Wipe up any major spills
- Return any furniture to its original position
- If you are the last to leave, please turn off the entertainment system and neon sign
- Carefully move any broken glass off to the side and report it to TCBH Management
Member Etiquette
- Respect other members at all times
- Dress code after 5pm: Classy Casual
- No athletic wear, flip-flops, or torn clothing
Lounge Policies
- No smoking tobacco or cannabis in the lounge
- Vape pens are allowed, but we prefer if you do it in back
- Keep all glass doors to wine storage area closed
Shared Responsibility
The lounge is a shared private space. Courtesy ensures a great experience for everyone. Repeated disregard for guidelines will affect membership.
